It is important to point out that the tour can be taken either from the city of Posadas or from Puerto Iguazú. Also, depending on the excursion you choose, you can visit other waterfalls to get a complete picture of the beautiful jungle of Misiones and its attractions.

The Moconá Provincial Park, which houses the falls, is an extensive Atlantic forest that is divided between the countries of Argentina and Brazil. Being a protected area, you can walk along the marked trails, where the guide will provide information about the area visited, as well as visit the interpretation center.

After the first encounter with the place, you will take 1.30 or 2 hours for lunch at the reserve’s restaurant, before the great experience that awaits you on the boat ride. The boat ride is subject to the weather and the state of the river. The tour lasts approximately 20 minutes in which you will try to navigate very close to the falls to feel their strength and majesty.
