The Argentine Experience is more than a restaurant, it is a place that aims to show the quality of the flavors that can be found in South America and especially in Argentina, sharing the moment with other travelers visiting Iguazu Falls.

This experience allows you to enjoy a fun dinner in an alternative way, knowing the preparation of typical dishes; from the different cooking points of the asado, through empanadas, to the steps to prepare a good Argentine mate.

In this way, this entertaining five-course dinner delights your palate while you learn about the culinary art with all your senses.

Itinerary

The activity starts around 7.30 p.m. at the venue located in the center of the city of Puerto Iguazú, Misiones, on 57 Brasil Avenue. In the event that transfers are required, they must be hired privately.

At the beginning, welcome drinks based on typical beverages of the region are prepared in front of all the guests. Then, the first tastings are served.

The complete dinner is composed of 5 (five) steps:

  • Cocktail or appetizer based on wines
  • Empanada classes, where you will learn how to make your own “repulgue”.
  • Picada made up of provolone cheeses, cold meats, olives and breads.
  • Main course with different meats and grilled vegetables.
  • And before finishing, there will be a mate master class, accompanied by alfajores and dulce de leche or red fruit mousse.

These dishes are accompanied by about four wines from different areas of the country, such as Malbec from Mendoza or Torrontes from the region of Cafayate, Salta.

The experience ends at approximately 10 p.m.

It is not recommended to attend with minors in order to guarantee the quality of the experience. And only those over 14 years of age may attend.

This activity is not available for December 24th and 31st. However, it can be booked for December 25th or January 1st.

The experience starts at approximately 7.30 pm and ends around 10 pm.

The staff provides the service entirely in English. However, it can also be translated into Portuguese or Spanish.

In case you are vegan, celiac, or require a particular menu for any other reason; just let us know when making the reservation so that the staff can take it into account.
