Hummingbird Garden in Puerto Iguazú

The Hummingbird Garden has become a bird sanctuary, where visitors can observe up to 10 different species of hummingbirds, as well as another 100 species of birds that feed on fruits and seeds, all in their natural habitat.

You can enjoy this experience sitting on benches strategically placed to offer the best view of the garden and the birds, which often approach within less than a meter.

This place not only provides the opportunity to observe birds like the emerald hummingbird, the bronzy hummingbird, the violet-crowned hummingbird, the scaled hummingbird, and the white-throated hummingbird, but it is also home to the red hummingbird, an exotic species highly prized by ornithologists.

In addition to being a spot for bird watching, the Hummingbird Garden offers a small shop where visitors can purchase bibliographic materials on flora and fauna, and other souvenir items.
