Finally, after a long four-month wait, the city of El Calafate has restored its air route that connects it with Córdoba.
Initially, there will be two flights per week, on Mondays and Thursdays. These flights will continue throughout the high season, with the possibility of adding an extra flight.

Additionally, in the coming months, three other routes are expected to be re-established. These routes—Bariloche, Rosario, and Trelew—were suspended for the same reason.
On Monday, September 16, Aerolíneas Argentinas resumed operations between the city of El Calafate and the province of Córdoba. The service was previously interrupted at the end of April due to low demand, with plans to resume during the winter holidays, but it was postponed until September.
