Bariloche inaugurates December celebrations with the traditional lighting ceremony featuring live music.
This Monday, December 8, 2025, as every year, the Civic Center will be the chosen place for tourists and residents to gather to begin the Christmas festivities.

In this 2025 edition, the opening show will be performed by the musical and performance group “Rock & Walsh”. Starting at 8:15 PM, the group will interpret the music of acclaimed author María Elena Walsh to the rhythm of rock.
At 9:00 PM it will be the turn of the Río Negro Philharmonic Orchestra, which will play “Argentina at Christmas”.
To conclude the evening, at 9:45 PM, a special guest will be in charge of lighting the tree and the entire Civic Center: Santa Claus!
