Aerolíneas Argentinas announced a new route that will connect the capital city of Chaco with Iguazú Falls.
Tickets are already on sale at Aerolíneas Argentinas’ website. This new air route will start operating as from January 3, 2024. For the time being, it will depart from Resistencia every Wednesday and will return from Puerto Iguazú on Sundays.

This is the fourth route from the capital of Chaco to another national destination. Those interested will have the option of paying their tickets in installments through the Tuya card of the Nuevo Banco de Chaco.
Fifferent provincial authorities expressed their enthusiasm, highlighting the important role played by the airline. In this sense, the president of the Institute of Tourism of the province of Chaco, Ariel Ybarra stated:
“It is clear the non-delegable role of our flag airline, a social function of federal connection that no other airline takes. If Aerolíneas did not exist, there would be dozens of destinations in the country that would be cut off, that is why it is very important to continue having Argentine airlines, to strengthen them”.
For his part, the governor of the province of Misiones, Oscar Herrera Ahuad, said:

Finally, the Minister of Tourism of Misiones, José María Arrúa, highlighted the strategies that the province is carrying out to stand out as a destination:
“This announcement is in tune with all the actions we have been developing to make Misiones an ideal place to visit and vacation.”
