During the weekend, the Federal Capital will pay tribute to one of its great gastronomic icons.
This weekend the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires will have an open-air gastronomic festival with participating businesses, where the star will be one of its emblematic creations, in the neighborhood where it was created: Fugazzeta Fest arrives in La Boca.
With free admission, during Saturday May 23rd and Sunday May 24th from 12:00 to 18:00, at the venue located at Dr. Del Valle Iberlucea 1001, city residents and visitors will be able to enjoy the different gastronomic proposals from participating pizzerias, who, in addition to offering their versions of fugazzeta at promotional prices, will also offer other varieties of pizzas.
At the venue located at the intersection of Av. Suárez and Dr. Del Valle Iberlucea, the following will be present with their products:
- Pizza Zín
- El Padrino
- Burgio
- Fugazi Pizza
- Antonito Pizzería
Likewise, the La Boca neighborhood adds more proposals to the celebrations with a gastronomic corridor: the Neighborhood Circuit. Around the central venue there will be more restaurants: Banchero, La Perla de Caminito, Lo del Diego, Pizza Lo+Hot, Filiberto, Pizzería Augusto, Los Campeones, Almacén Porteño and Café Proa, who, like their colleagues at the venue, will put special emphasis on the cheese and onion stuffed pizza.
Admission and Visit to the Museo de la Pasión Boquense and La Bombonera Stadium (Optional Guided Tour)
Enjoy the visit to the museum and stadium of one of the most important clubs in Buenos Aires.
The proposal also includes open masterclasses by the Argentine Association of Pizzerias and Empanada Houses (APYCE), where all the secrets and variants of fugazzeta will be shared.
As in any festival, live music and dance could not be missing, which includes tango shows, murga by Los Amantes de La Boca, and DJs “Vinilos en la Vereda” with national rock.
