A new event from the “BA Capital Gastronómica” program arrives in Buenos Aires this weekend, for both locals and visitors alike: “Taste of Buenos Aires.”
The event will take place on Saturday, September 28, and Sunday, September 29, from 10 AM to 10 PM, in the stunning tourist area of Parque Carlos Thays, located in the Recoleta neighborhood. The food fair will feature more than 40 stands offering a wide variety of dishes and types of food for everyone to enjoy.
Among the nearly 50 food stalls, you’ll find an incredible range of options showcasing the best of Buenos Aires cuisine—from pizza and classic bodegones (traditional Argentine diners) to specialty coffee shops and bakeries. Everything is divided into four categories to cater to all preferences:
- Bodegones and World Cuisine
- Classic and Innovative Gastronomy (grills)
- Pizza and Empanada Shops
- Cafes, Bakeries, and Ice Cream Parlors
Each food stand will also offer a special promotional menu in addition to their regular options.
Finally, the best culinary offerings from the open-air food fair will be highlighted by a panel of expert judges, wrapping up a weekend filled with the finest food in the federal capital.
