The Ministry of Culture has prepared a schedule of activities to celebrate all cultural institutions with free admission.

A new International Museum Day is set for Saturday, May 18, 2024, and the city of Buenos Aires, along with the International Council of Museums, have prepared an agenda for all those who want to enjoy the city by visiting its different cultural centers, which are spread across various neighborhoods.

The activities, which include tours, exhibitions, and workshops, will be taking place free of charge from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • Buenos Aires Museum
  • Saavedra Museum
  • Museum of Modern Art of Buenos Aires
  • Fernández Blanco Museum (at its Palacio Noel and Casa Fernandez Blanco locations)
  • José Hernández Museum of Popular Art
  • Larreta Museum
  • Perlotti Museum
  • Carlos Gardel House Museum
  • Pablo Ducrós Hicken Cinema Museum
  • Archaeological Site La Cisterna and Barraca Peña.
